• Service callout costs start from £22.50 and include 10 minutes on site labour in Zones A and B, Zone C and D call out includes 30 minutes labour, within this time our engineer will be able to give a diagnosis and estimate on how much time the printer repair will require.
• City centre calls incur an additional £10 surcharge to cover congestion, distance from parking to site.
• Parking charges will be added to the bill
• Additional Labour is charged at £35.00 per half hour.
• If an additional visit is required to fit a part to you OKI  MC851 then this is charged just as the additional labour time (no 2nd call out fee or mileage charges) you will be billed for additional parking.

Our OKI  MC851 printer repairs are fully guaranteed, we will attend site, carryout any necessary work and advise the client on any way in which they could improve the performance of their printer. Should a further problem arise then we will printer repair it without additional charges*.

*Please note that if we have recommended that a parts is wearing out and needs replacing and you choose to continue to use the printer and the fault reoccurs then this is not covered by our guarantee. Also if we attend site to find a printer badly contaminated with compatible toner residue, we will either advise the customer on a compatible toner that we would recommend for use with their printer or recommend originals, again if our recommendation is not adhered to and the the fault reoccurs then this is not covered

Zone A Minimum call cost £22.50 + vat. We will undertake OKI  MC851 MFP series printer repairs in the following towns and local areas for a callout fee of £22.50 including the first 10 minutes labour and £35.00 per half hour additional labour.

Zone B Minimum call cost £30.00 + vat. We will undertake OKI  MC851 series printer repairs in the following towns and local areas for a callout fee of £30.00 including the first 10minutes labour and £35.00 per half hour additional labour.

Zone C Minimum call cost £75.00 + vat. We will undertake OKI  MC851 series printer repairs in the following towns and local areas for a callout fee of £75.00 including the first half hours labour and £35.00 per half hour additional labour.

Zone D Minimum call cost £90.00 + vat. We will undertake OKI  MC851 series printer repairs in the following towns and local areas for a callout fee of £90.00 including the first half hours labour and £35.00 per half hour additional labour.

City Centre Supplement - Call outs in towns marked with ** may be subject to a £10 additional charge, this only applies to city centres ie Brighton calls south of the Old Shoreham Rd and from Palmeira Square in the west to Bedford St in the east.
